Federal Finance Committee report recommends
development of natural gas vehicle industry with lower greenhouse
gas emissions benefit noted.
The CNGVA was one of more than 400 groups that appeared in front
of the Committee as part of its pre-budget consultations. The
recommendation appeared on page page 75 within the "Strong
Communities" section of the Committee report. Part of the rationale
cited for greater natural gas use were the greenhouse gas emissions
benefits.
